Possession: Possession on open ground, at closing. Possession of land
planted to wheat, after 2020 wheat harves,t with buyer receiving seller's 1/3
share of the 2020 wheat crop.
Evidence of Title: Seller will provide to the buyer, title insurance,
in the amount of purchase price, with buyer and seller splitting premium
50%-50%. Seller, upon buyer's request, will obtain a mineral certificate, with
